If you want to experience your tailored preparation for birth easily and deeply relaxing. Dominique will consult with you and lead you through breathwork, yoga poses, and meditation techniques that suit your needs.
You can also bring your phone and film the entire session to practice what you have learnt in class for your home practice after this session.
