Ear candling, also known as ear coning, is an alternative health practice that involves placing a hollow candle made of fabric and wax in the ear canal and lighting the exposed end.
It may remove earwax, reduce ear infections, and improve overall ear health. The idea is that the heat from the flame creates a vacuum that draws out impurities and wax from the ear.
