Join Dominique @ 6:30 pm after work or a busy day at the front conference Room on Mandalay.
We will start with a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Practice and a profoundly relaxing Sound Bath Healing Experience on your Yoga Mat using ancient singing bowls and other instruments.
